Interational- 17th Dec (express post), 11th (standard post)

Within Australia- 20th Dec (express post), 16th (standard post)

 

How long does delivery take?

I ship worldwide out of Australia.
OOAK and stocked orders are sent out approx 1-3 business days after purchase.

MTO's have individual processing times and these are found in the item listing description. Ordering express for these will not expedite the manufacturing time, only the shipping time.

*Please note these are delivery estimates only. After I send your package, it is up to the post office, shipping providers and customs to get your package to you. Any delays after dispatch are out of my control.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
There is no import tax to pay for parcels to the U.S from Australia thanks to our free trade agreement :)

How often is the shop updated?

I usually try to release a collection of new products one to two times a month. You can always find the time and date of each drop in the bio of my Instagram page.

How does Paypal pay in 3 or 4 work?

When you put an order through with this Paypal scheme, they will sometimes do a test withdrawal from your bank account. This is just a temporary measure while they approve you for the multiple payment scheme. The order is approved straight away on my end. But the payment scheme itself is approved anywhere between instantly and 24 hours. Once Paypal has approved you they then take one partial payment from your account.

This is Paypal's process for checking fraudulent activity and payment viability and has nothing to do with how I personally process your order.

How to wash and care for your plushie?

These plushies are not machine or soak safe as they may have intricate details and delicate fabrics. Please only spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. You can blow dry or place your plushie in the sun temporarily if it gets wet.

Please note that these plushies are handmade and some parts have been hand stitched. While they are perfectly fine for cuddling and gentle playing, they are not intended for extreme or rough handling.

How to dispose of parcel packaging?

I try to make my packages as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. I will either use a compostable mailer or cardboard box. You can recycle any cardboard or paper products. The mailer, tape and protective zip lock bag I sometimes use are biodegradable. You can put these in the bin knowing it will safely breakdown in landfill in around 60 days, as opposed to plastic which leaches harmful chemicals and takes hundreds of years to break down.

What is the return policy?

I do not accept returns or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I triple check all my products for quality before shipping. However, I am only human so please message me directly if you have any issues and we can come to a solution based on your situation.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your package.
